Technology Equipment Policy

 

1)  All those using the technology that belongs to the Alton Baptist Church, shall be trained appropriately and deemed qualified for operating the technology by the Pastor(s) / Trustees.

 

2)  Technology is for ministry purposes only.

 

3)  Technology is to be used outside the church for ministry purposes only and must be under the care of a trained person, as approved by the Pastor(s) / Trustees.

 

4) Technology Equipment includes items listed on the attached sheet.  (This policy applies to all current church equipment and any future church equipment.)

 

5)   All equipment use must be arranged through the ARC Rental Coordinator.  Equipment must be reserved.  Equipment must be signed out by the borrower before it is removed from the premises and signed in by a Trustee when it is returned.
